Our wedding was the 9th of July 2011 and we had it booked since Febuary 2009 and right from the first enquiry we knew Knightsbrook was the right choice for us. We had regular contact with Sinead who was always available to speak to us about any queries we had even if we just popped in unannounced. Sinead made all our planning with the hotel extremely easy no stone was left unturned. We cannot recommend her enough she knows her job extremely well and will do anything she can to provide the day of your dreams. All the staff behind the scenes are fabulous at what they do we had the most magical day of our lives everything went the way we wanted it to and nothing that we asked for was to big or to small. We are still receiving calls about how wonderful the day was and how amazing the food was (and hot). Our advice is "if you want the most magical day of your life then have it in Knightsbrook Hotel, you will not be disappointed!!! Lynn and Enda Mc Ardle 09.07.11

“I wanted to express my satisfaction with the service we received for our wedding reception with you. Everyone had an extremely enjoyable day and we have had nothing but positive comments about everything ranging from the dining room layout to the evening buffet. The quality of the main dinner was second to none; the starter, soup and dessert were all excellent, as was the service provided by the hotel staff throughout the day. I would like to especially thank Brian for his role in making our wedding reception the enjoyable event that it was; his highly professional and friendly manner made dealing with the hotel a very pleasant experience and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. He also made us feel that no request was too big or small and that all eventualities would be easily dealt with…in other words he made us feel very much at ease. Again, many thanks for a memorable day.”

You played an important part in making our wedding day a huge success. From the moment we made our booking, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you all. On the day, red carpet to honeymoon suite was perfect. One and all had a fantastic day and the food and service were second to none. There was no-one left hungry on the day, the portions were generous and all guests were delighted to be offered seconds. We were so relaxed and so well looked after on the day. We felt like royalty!! You have a fantastic bunch of staff at the hotel and they all helped make it the best day of our lives. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending your hotel to our friends. Your professionalism & attention to detail was wonderful. We have received so many compliments from our guests on the great food and hospitality they experienced also and we wanted to pass them on. If we could do it all again, we would not change a thing.

To all the staff at Cavan Crystal Hotel, thank you for giving us the most fantastic day. The attention to detail, the service and the 100% accommodating attitude of the management team is why we decided to have our “big day” in this hotel!! The room looked amazing, the food was fantastic and the wine was constantly flowing – all our guests have said it was the best day out they’ve had in a long time…..

Hi Angela,

We had a fantastic time at the wedding and are only now getting back to normal. Thank you somuch for all your help in the run-up to our special day. Everything went according to plan & thestaff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. All the guests really enjoyed the day too &
they all thought the hotel was gorgeous. One recently engaged couple there are now evenconsidering it as a venue for their own wedding they liked it so much. The food was beautiful too, many guests commented that it was the nicest beef they'd ever had.We really couldn't haveasked for a better day & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mount Wolesely Hotel to anybody as a venue for their wedding.

Stayed here for a night while attending a wedding in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The food for the wedding breakfast was superb. Would love to come back again for a weekend away.

Both myself and my New Husband would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Hayfield Manor. Our wedding day was so amazimg, and we know that you had so much to do with that. The sun didn't shine on the day, but all the sunny smiles that your staff displayed throughout the day helped to make up for it! I was so overwhelmed when I walked up the red carpet to the front door of Hayfield Manor to be greeted not only by the reception staff and the wonderful Louis, but also our wedding coordinator Emma and the General Manager! I doubt I will ever again experience service quite like that of Hayfield Manor.

Thank you once again, and we'll be back very soon.

Hi,

My name is Anne-Marie and we held our wedding reception in Dunboyne Castle on 28th July 2011. To be honest I am still overwhelmed by the success of the day. From the minute we walked into Dunboyne we knew it would be a perfect place for our reception, the staff were so nice and helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful. The entire reception was so smoothly coordinated by Tom and in his very subtle way he guided us through all the formalities of the day. I am trying to think of all the really perfect things throughout the day, but to be honest everything was. The hotel was beautifully decorated and our guests were delighted with their welcome upon arrival. The food got so much praise and I still have people saying it to me, it really was gorgeous and even some of my friends who are fussy eaters really enjoyed their meals. The bridal suite was beautiful, elegant and classic. The grounds and the old houes were gorgeous for pictures. A lot of our guests commented on the venue, the wonderful and friendly staff and the food.

I would really like to thank everyone at Dunboyne Castle for making our day extra special. We have already reccomended Dunboyne to another couple and we would be delighted to encourage any couple / party etc to go to visit the hotel. We really did feel spoilt on the day and it did add to our fantastic day. So once again thank you, especially to Tom and Melaine Euler but to all the other people running around in the background.
(Also just to let ya know how impressed we all were, both our fathers intend on writing to the hotel to compliment them on the success of the day !!!)

“We held our wedding reception at the fabulous Ashbourne Marriott. From day one when we viewed the hotel, we were made to feel extremely welcome by each member of staff. Upon booking the hotel the staff were as excited as we were. Any request we made was dealt with promptly, efficiently and nothing was too much trouble.

On the day everything ran like clockwork. The food was superb and plenty of it! Hotel rooms were immaculate. All our guests are still raving about the hotel and what a great weekend they had.
